## What it produces

A "pack" for one idea:

- Summary: name, one-liner, problem, solution, ideal customer, business model, pricing tiers, Sam Altman test (does a better model make the business stronger or commoditise it), moat, stack, risks with mitigations, a 30/60/90-day plan, an owner checklist (things only a human can do: buy the domain, create Stripe, sign a supplier), and name candidates.
- Prompts: eleven ordered prompts, each with a target agent (Claude Code, Cowork or any generic agent), when to run it, what it must leave behind, and acceptance criteria. Sequence: 0 install the harness, 1 ideate and score variants, 2 research agents with hard citation rules, 3 brand and domain, 4 business plan, 5 build, 6 payments (Stripe + x402), 7 deploy on free tiers, 8 launch and distribution, 9 evals and QA, 10 owner checklist and hand-off.
- Harness: the files that make those prompts work. CLAUDE.md with the business context and build rules, memory seeds under .claude/memory/, subagent briefs under .claude/subagents/. Delivered as a zip.

## Who it is for

Solo founders and small teams who use Claude Code, Claude Cowork or another coding agent and want a business built and launched, not a document about one. Also for AI agents that need a build plan for an idea programmatically.

## Philosophy the harness encodes

Sell outcomes, not tools. Clone validated demand and change one thing. Timebox the build to two weeks, then distribute for a long time. Never invent a market number: cite it or leave the cell blank. Use free tiers (Cloudflare, Supabase, Stripe, Resend) and build for the first thousand customers. Evals are the product discipline. Talk to a customer every day until $10k MRR. Content and documentation are how both search engines and language models find you.
